    We take into account that the land is not in a flood zone, and so also when making the foundation, it is important that the foundation is 1 ft above the road for greater safety and quality.

  • 2. What site preparation work is included in the estimate?

    Marking trees with the owner to know which ones will stay and which ones will be removed, clearing the land and the PAD, so that the land is ready for the foundation.

  • 3. What is the complete process from planning to delivery of the house?

    Three steps:
    First; Pre-construction, which is the preparation of the land.
    Second; Pouring the cement.
    Third; Construction and completion of the project.

  • 5. Can I customize the design of my home? What customization options are available?

    Yes, there are all the options for personalizing the house, because they are custom homes, they are to the client's taste. We have 90 different plans, from which the owner chooses the design that he likes the most, from there the client would meet with our architect, there would be 2 meetings, so that the client is satisfied with the chosen design.

    It depends on the area, each area has different permits but basically we are aware of all the requirements of each city, for example, the cities of Houston, Conroe, Huntville among others.
